LAUREN SCHREYER, ASID
A Legacy of Design Excellence
Lauren’s career started in a 1985 Houston where, despite the energy rout, her client base grew as she proved her skillset. This tenacity followed her as she moved to the glittering backdrop of Los Angeles, where she worked with Academy Award-winning set designer Karen O’Hara on “Barbarians at The Gate” and “Philadelphia,” both Jonathon Demme fi lms. The private sanctuaries of some of Hollywood’s elite along with The Consulate General of The Netherlands also had their homes touched by Lauren’s trusted character and distinctive vision.
Returning to her Chicago roots, Lauren’s proven vision then helped transform many corporate elites and pro athletes personal residences. She then obtained her real estate broker’s license where Lauren leveraged her experience in design, developed pricing acumen and utilized her understanding of demographic preferences to guide National Developers in creating common spaces and models for For Sale and For Rent projects, ranging from condominiums to townhomes, and apartments.
Lauren's Vision & Mission
Lauren’s work is driven by creating the perfect space for her clients. One of her many achievements include the Golden Nugget Award for her work on models she curated for world-renowned architect Barry Berkus at Lake Las Vegas. Further accolades extend to projects in Chicago and Tucson, where she earned a plethora of awards for her work.
Building on her brokerage experience, Lauren identifi ed an opportunity to simplify and optimize the transaction management process. She created contract2close.com, a 100% woman-owned tech start-up. This SaaS platform streamlines the real estate process guiding individuals, residential and commercial agents, brokerages and associations, each through their own part of the process while ensuring compliance to state and federal regulations.
